Take 1–2 capsules a day. Swallow the capsule with water.
This product is not suitable for children.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by children under 18 years of age.
Do not take on an empty stomach or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Ingredients
Powdered green tea leaves, powdered Malabar tamarind fruit (Garcinia cambogia), L-karnityna, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), chrom (chlorek chromu (III)), gelatine (capsule ingredient).
