Product
specification:
1 cube a day. Take the cube in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before eating. It can be taken without a drink; this does not impair collagen absorption. 8 mg of freeze-dried collagen in cube form corresponds to 800 mg of the highest-quality collagen gel. NOTE: the collagen cubes are very light, so the pack may feel empty.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
