Take 2 capsules a day (morning and evening), preferably within 15 minutes before a meal. Swallow with a drink. The capsule may be chewed.
The capsule makes taking CBD oil more comfortable: taken as drops it leaves a distinctive aftertaste that not everyone likes, and the amount of CBD oil in a capsule is dosed more precisely. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Store in a dry place at room temperature (15–25 °C), out of the reach of young children.
